C H Cars is based in Kendal, South Lakes. It is a family run business; Craig and Janine Holt are both the directors. Craig has over 30 years experience within the motor industry. Craig served his apprenticeship as a mechanic with Lex Motor Company and Lookers Motor Company working predominantly on Landrover, Jaguar and Austin Rover. In 1985 Craig decided to further his career and moved into the car retail sales arena, his first appointment was with a Volkswagen dealer. Craig steadily worked up through the ranks with various dealerships until 1995 when he started his own business.
Janine’s background is administrative; most of her working life has been spent in the Public Sector. Janine left her management role in 2004 to join Craig in the business, her main aim is to ensure the smooth running of all admin systems and continue to develop office procedures.
The emphasis for the business is to supply quality used vehicles at an affordable price. We supply all major manufacturers and offer a comprehensive warranty package with every vehicle. Prior to delivery each vehicle undergoes a full service, MOT (if required) and valet. A comprehensive valeting service is also available to keep your car in pristine condition.
In addition to used vehicle sales we are also an authorised dealer for providing contract hire, personal contract hire and we can arrange finance through a number of reputable brokers i.e. Blackhorse.
